65. Duty to exercise reasonable care by carrier
Without prejudice to any other provision under this Act, every carrier of a consignment shall exercise reasonable care to ensure that in the course of the transport of a consignment, no injury to health or any damage to property or to the environment is caused.Source: Kenya Law
