6. National petroleum strategic plan

6. National petroleum strategic plan

(1)The Cabinet Secretary shall develop, publish and review a national petroleum strategic plan.

(2)The petroleum strategic plan shall take into account the national petroleum policy and serve as a guide for the implementation of the national policy on petroleum operations.

(3)The Cabinet Secretary shall prescribe Regulations in relation to the content and timelines for the preparation of the petroleum strategic plan.
