11. Director-General of Physical and Land Use Planning

11. Director-General of Physical and Land Use Planning
(1)There is established the office of the Director-General of Physical and Land Use Planning which shall be an office in the public service.(2)The Director-General of Physical and Land Use Planning shall advise and be responsible to the Cabinet Secretary responsible for physical and land use planning.(3)The Director-General of Physical and Land Use Planning shall hold office for a term of three years, renewable once.
