112. Functions of the Agency under this Part
In the administration of the Fund, the following shall apply—(a)all monies derived from concluded confiscation and forfeiture orders stipulated in Parts VII to X shall be paid into the Consolidated Fund; and(b)all property derived from concluded confiscation or forfeiture orders stipulated in Parts VII to X shall vest in the Government and be disposed of in accordance with relevant law relating to disposal of public property.
