113. Other matters to be prescribed

(1)The Cabinet Secretary may prescribe, by way of regulations, matters in connection with—

(a)the administrative operations of the Fund; and

(b)the utilization of properties and monies standing to the credit of the Fund.

(2)Regulations issued under subsection (1) shall be laid before Parliament.(Act No. 16 of 2021, s. 21.)
