5. Appointment of an Adjudicator

(1)The Court shall be presided over by an Adjudicator.

(2)A person shall be qualified for appointment as an Adjudicator if that person—

(a)is an advocate of the High Court of Kenya; and

(b)has at least three years' experience in the legal field.
