29C. Alternative Dispute Resolution mechanisms

(1)In the conduct of proceedings, the Court shall promote and encourage alternative dispute resolution mechanisms, in accordance with Article 159(2)(c) of the Constitution.

(2)Reference of a matter to alternative dispute resolution may be initiated by the Court on its own motion, or at the request of the parties.[Act No. 26 of 2022, s. 31.]
