29D. Court sittings and recess

(1)The Court shall have three sittings in every year.

(2)The sittings of the Court shall be —

(a)from the 14th January to the second Wednesday before Good Friday;

(b)from the first Wednesday after Easter Week to the 31st July; and

(c)from the 16th September to the 20th December.
