6. Bookmakers' returns
A bookmaker shall, within seven days following each period of fourteen days, submit to the Principal Secretary, in the appropriate form in the Third Schedule, a fortnightly certified statement in duplicate together with the duplicate of all tickets issued by him and a remittance for the amount of the tax due under section 30 of the Act.[L.N. 69/1999, r. 3.]Source: Kenya Law
