7. Accounts in respect of totalisators

The holder of a totalisator licence shall keep a full and accurate record of all betting transactions effected by means of that totalisator in such manner as to show in respect of each race on which that totalisator was used—

(a)the total amount of bets received by him and the total amount of winnings paid by him; and

(b)the amount of moneys devoted to any charitable purposes or other purposes under section 31(1)(a)(iii) of the Act.
