8. Totalisator returns
The holder of a totalisator licence shall, within twenty-one days after each race on which that totalisator was operated submit to the Collector, in the appropriate form in the Third Schedule, a certified statement in duplicate together with a remittance for the amount of the tax due under section 31 of the Act.[LN 69 of 1999, r. 4.]Source: Kenya Law
