9. Revocation of appointments of totalisator agents to be notified to Board

(1)The holder of a totalisator licence shall, within seven days of the revocation of the appointment of an agent appointed under section 18(4) of the Act, notify the Board in writing of the revocation.

(2)A person who fails to comply with this regulation shall be guilty of an offence.
