7. Functions of the issuer

The objects of an issuer shall be to—

(a)offer, issue and list of asset-backed securities;

(b)purchase of eligible assets, enter into principle agreements required in connection to a securitization transaction; and

(c)the undertake of any other matters incidental thereto.
