111. The register as evidence of title
(1)The register shall be conclusive evidence as to the persons respectively entitled to the participatory interests entered in it.(2)No notice of any trust, express, implied or constructive, which may be entered in the register in respect of any participatory interest shall be binding on the fund manager or the trustee.
