112. Inspection of the register and copies of entries
(1)The register shall be available for inspection by or on behalf of the participants in Kenya at all times during ordinary office hours except that the register may be closed at such times and for such periods, not exceeding 30 days in any one year, as the fund manager may, from time to time, determine.(2)The fund manager shall supply to a participant or its authorized representative at his or her request, a copy of the entries in whatever form on the register, relating to that participant.(3)The fund manager shall state in scheme documents, the place and times where the register may be inspected, or authorized copies obtained.
