138. Powers of meeting of participants
A meeting of participants duly convened and held in accordance with this Part shall be competent, by extraordinary resolution, to require, authorise or approve any act, matter or document in respect of which any such resolution is required or expressly contemplated by these Regulations, but shall not have any other powers.Source: Kenya Law
