139. Meaning of “extraordinary resolution”
In these Regulations, "extraordinary resolution" means a resolution—(a)proposed and passed at a meeting of participants duly convened and held in accordance with this Part of which notice specifying the intention to propose the resolution as an extraordinary resolution has been duly given; and(b)carried, whether on a show of hands or on a poll, by a majority consisting of two thirds or any larger proportion specified for this purpose in the trust deed or prospectus of the total number of votes cast for and against such resolution.
