39. Application of Warehouse Receipt System Act
(1)The Warehouse Receipt System Act shall apply to the warehouse receipt of a commodity that is the subject of a spot commodity contract.(2)The Authority or the commodity exchange subject to the Approval of the Authority may impose additional requirements on warehouses or warehouse operators where necessary to maintain market integrity and efficiency or in the protection of investor interests.
