40. Standards of conduct
The Capital Markets (Conduct of Business) (Market Intermediaries) Regulations (L.N. 144/2011) and the Capital Markets (Corporate Governance) (Market Intermediaries) Regulations (L.N. 145/2011) shall apply to commodity brokers with necessary modifications as may be set out by the Authority.Source: Kenya Law
