12. Automatic revocation of a licence

A licence granted under regulation 7 shall automatically be revoked if the dealing or non-dealing online foreign exchange broker or money manager—

(a)is declared insolvent by a court of law;

(b)voluntarily surrenders the licence to the Authority; or

(c)is wound up by a court order.
