A dealing or non-dealing online foreign exchange broker or money manager aggrieved by the decision of the Authoriry to suspend or revoke its licence may, within fifteen days of being notified of the suspension or revocation by the Authoriry, appeal to the Capital Markets Tribunal.Source: Kenya Law
