20. The Deputy Vice-Chancellors

(1)The Council shall appoint Deputy Vice-Chancellors who shall hold office for such period as the Council may determine.

(2)The Deputy Vice-Chancellors shall have such functions and powers as the Council may, by resolution, prescribe.
