21. The Principals of colleges and Directors of campuses within the University
(1)The Council shall, from the names proposed by the academic board for each college or campus within the University, appoint a principal or director who shall be the academic and administrative head of the college or campus and shall, under the general authority of the Vice-Chancellor, have such other powers and duties as may be provided for by the Statutes.(2)The Principal or Director shall hold office upon such terms and for such period as the Council may, by resolution, prescribe.
