10. The Trustees
(1)USIU shall have a Board of Trustees consisting of all members of the Board of Trustees of the University known as the United States International University being a company incorporated with limited liability in accordance with sections 5110 and 5111 of the Corporations Code of the State of California in the United States of America.(2)The Trustees shall from time to time appoint a Board of Directors to exercise powers specified in section 11 of this Charter.(3)The Board of Trustees shall be incorporated and registered under the Trustees (Perpetual Succession) Act (Cap. 164).Provided that the Board of Trustees shall not exercise any of its functions under this Charter unless it is, and continues to be, so registered.
