The governance of the University shall be vested in the following persons and bodies—(a)the Trustees;(b)the Board of Directors;(c)the Chancellor;(d)the Vice-Chancellor;(e)the Management Council;(f)the Faculty Senate:(g)the Student Affairs Council; and(h)the Staff Council
