24. Determination of validity or enforcement of a testamentary instrument
(1)Where a question arises as to the validity or the enforcement of a testamentary instrument, the Court shall determine the question having regard to the best interests of the child.(2)Any question relating to the validity of a will or codicil appointing a testamentary guardian shall be determined in accordance with the provisions of the law relating to testamentary instruments.
