25. Applications under this Part
(1)Applications under this Part, other than applications to revoke or determine the validity of testamentary instrument, shall be by way of notice of motion in Form No. GR3 set out in the Schedule supported by an affidavit setting out the factual circumstances and grounds upon which the application made.(2)The application shall be registered as a “Children’s Miscellaneous Application,” unless where there are existing proceedings before the Court relating to the same child, in which case the application shall be filed in the pending proceedings.
