27. Fastening of safety belts and harnesses
(1)A person shall not operate an aircraft without a safety belt and shoulder harness properly secured about that person.(2)The shoulder harness required under sub-regulation (1) need not be fastened if that person would be unable to perform required duties with the shoulder harness fastened.
