Except for functions that are contracted out, each certified AMO shall demonstrate to the Authority access to facilities, equipment, material, technical data, processes, housing, and trained personnel so that the scope of approval as appropriate to the class, rating or limitation held or applied for, can be performed as required.Source: Kenya Law
