44. Access for inspection

An AMO shall for the purpose of inspection—

(a)grant the Authority unrestricted access to any of its organisation premises, allied facilities and aircraft; and

(b)ensure that the Authority is granted unrestricted access to any organisation or facilities that it has contracted for services associated with maintenance for aircraft, engines, components or specialized maintenance.
