45. Freelance Maintenance
(1)An AMO shall not operate with freelance certifying personnel other than those in employment of the organizations.(2)The Authority may accept a contractual arrangement between AMOs, AOCs, ATOs or authorized persons in accordance with the procedures approved by the Authority to provide maintenance activities and continuing airworthiness of aircraft.
