6. Application for an AMO Certificate
(1)Approval of organizations involved in the maintenance of aircraft, engines, component and specialized maintenance shall undergo a certification process specified by the Authority.(2)An applicant for approved maintenance organization certificate shall submit a completed application form and certification package specified by the Authority.(3)An applicant for amendment of an existing approved maintenance organization approval certificate shall submit a completed application form and in a manner specified by the Authority.
