7. Issue of an AMO Certificate
An applicant may be issued an AMO approval certificate if after demonstration and inspection, the Authority finds that the applicant—(a)meets the applicable regulations and standard for AMO approval certificate;(b)is properly and adequately equipped for the performance of maintenance of aircraft, engines, components and specialized maintenance for which it seeks approval;(c)has paid prescribed fees to the Authority as appropriate.
