25. Non provision of aeroplane operator’s annual emission report
(1)The Authority shall engage with the aeroplane operator to obtain the necessary information, if the aeroplane operator does not provide its annual Emissions Report in accordance with the timeline as specified in the Manual of CORSIA Implementation Standards.(2)Subject to sub-regulation (1), the Authority shall estimate the aeroplane operator’s annual emissions using the best available information and tools, such as the CERT as specified in the Manual of CORSIA Implementation Standards, if the engagement proves unsuccessful.
