11. Quality assurance
(1)The flight procedure design service provider shall establish and implement a quality assurance process for all flight procedure design functions and processes.(2)The quality assurance process required in subregulation (1) shall be included in the flight procedure design service provider operations manual.(3)The quality assurance shall cover all the steps of the flight procedure from data origination to the publication of an instrument flight procedure including the maintenance.
