4. Designation and authorisation to provide meteorological service for air navigation

(1)The Authority shall designate a person to provide or arrange for the provision of meteorological service for air navigation on its behalf.

(2)Details of the meteorological authority so designated shall be included in the Kenya Aeronautical Information Publication (AIP).

(3)A person shall not provide Meteorological service for air navigation unless the service is provided in accordance with the requirements prescribed in these Regulations and any associated standards and procedures.
