5. Procedures for provision of meteorological service for air navigation

5. Procedures for provision of meteorological service for air navigation

(1)A person authorized to provide meteorological service for air navigation under regulation 4 shall do so in accordance with the procedures described in —

(a)the manual of operations required under these Regulations; and

(b)the quality management system manual required under these Regulations.

(2)A person authorized to provide meteorological service for air navigation under regulation 4 shall do so in accordance with the requirements of the Manual of Implementing Standards-Meteorological Service for Air Navigation issued by the Authority.
