41. Dangerous goods accident and incident reporting
(1)An operator shall investigate, compile and report to the Authority information concerning accidents and incidents which occurred during its operations, and which involves the transport of dangerous goods by Air.(2)To prevent recurrence, an operator shall investigate, compile and report to the Authority information concerning instances of undeclared or misdeclared dangerous goods in cargo, mail and baggage originating in or destined for another state in accordance to the detailed provisions of the Technical Instructions.
