42. Dangerous Goods Security Provisions
(1)An Operator, shipper and other individuals engaged in transport of dangerous goods by air shall ensure security measures are taken in accordance with approved operations manual to minimize theft or misuse of dangerous goods that may endanger persons, property or the environment.(2)The Security measures shall be applied in accordance with the Civil Aviation (Security) Regulations and the Technical Instructions.
