8. Dangerous Goods Manual
(1)An operator shall not engage in commercial aircraft operations unless that operator submits a dangerous goods manual to the Authority for approval.(2)Subject to subregulation (1), the Dangerous Goods Manual may be part of the operator’s operations manuals and developed in accordance with the First schedule to these Regulations.(3)An Operator shall make amendments or additions to the Dangerous goods manual as the Authority may require and as per the changes in the Technical Instructions and amendments thereto for the purpose of ensuring the safe transportation of dangerous goods by air.
