9. Transport of Radioactive Material
(1)An Operator, shall seek authorisation from the Kenya Nuclear Regulatory Authority prior to the transport of radioactive material. A copy of the authorisation shall be submitted to the Authority.(2)The authorization in subregulation (1) shall be sought by Shippers and Freight Forwarders prior to handling of radioactive materials.
