12. Airworthiness of UAS
(1)An Unmanned Aircraft System owner or operator shall ensure that all its components are in working order and in accordance with the manufacturers' user manual.(2)The Authority shall require an Unmanned Aircraft System with a type certificate to obtain a Certificate of Airworthiness.
