13. Authorization UAS operations
(1)A person shall not operate an Unmanned Aircraft System in Kenya without authorization from the Authority.(2)Unmanned Aircraft System operations shall be authorized in accordance with the category of operation as set out in regulation 5 of these Regulations.(3)A person shall not operate an Unmanned Aircraft System in a category of operation other than the category for which it has been authorized to operate.
