18. Inspection of a register of conflict of interest.

18. Inspection of a register of conflict of interest.

(1)Any person who seeks to inspect the register of conflict of interest of a reporting entity shall make a request in writing to the reporting authority of the entity.

(2)The reporting authority shall within seven days of receipt of the request specify the time and place where the register may be inspected.
