19. Duty to recuse.
(1)A public officer who recuses himself or herself in accordance with section 30(1) of the Act shall declare the recusal in Form J set out in the Schedule.(2)For purposes of section 30(2)(a) of the Act, minutes shall include proceedings, accounts or reports of the transaction in question.
