9. Declaration of gifts and other benefits
For purposes of section 16(3) and (4) of the Act, a public officer who receives a gift or benefit or whose relative receives a gift or benefit shall, irrespective of its monetary value, declare the gift or benefit received to the reporting entity in Form B set out in the Schedule.Source: Kenya Law
