17. Extension or reduction of time

17. Extension or reduction of time
(1)The Court may, for sufficient reason, extend or reduce the timelines prescribed by these Rules upon such terms and conditions it may deem just and expedient, and a reference in these Rules to any time shall be construed as a reference to that time as extended or reduced.(2)Sub-rule (1) does not apply to timelines set by the Constitution and the Elections Act (Cap. 7).
