18. Stay of execution
(1)The filing and service of a notice of appeal stays the execution of any judgment, decree, order or direction from the High Court pending the determination of the appeal.(2)Sub-rule (1) shall cease to apply if no record of appeal is filed within thirty days from the date of the judgment of the High Court.
