19. Sittings of the Court
(1)The sittings of the Court and the matters to be disposed of at such sittings shall be determined by the President and shall be advertised and notified in such manner as he may direct.(2)Nothing in this rule shall prevent the Court from disposing of any business that has not been advertised or notified as required under subrule (1).
