20. Court recess
(1)The recess of the Court and the arrangements for business during recess shall be determined by the President in accordance with the Court of Appeal (Organisation and Administration) Act (Cap. 9A) and shall be notified in such manner as the Chief Justice may direct.(2)No business shall be conducted during recess, unless the President, in consultation with the Chief Justice, otherwise directs, except the delivery of judgments and, when the matter is shown to be of urgency, the hearing of applications and the taxation of bills.
